Experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager | Doha, Qatar

Gulf Interactive are looking for an experienced and professional account manager to join our team in Doha. You must have had at least two years experience with an established web design agency and a proven track record of working successfully with important and high profile clients.

This key aspects of this role is top provide day to day contact and and overview of all work currently being undertaken for each client in your team. Working closely with project managers to ensure work is delivered to client expectations.

The general functions are:
§ Provide strategic direction and partnership for Gulf Interactive’s clients through a deep understanding of their business
§ Build trust with clients so that there is an intuitive understanding of their requirements
§ Direct & manage Junior Account Managers in your team to identify opportunities with clients; understand their skills and areas where there is a need for learning. Ensure that client housekeeping tasks are delivered and that we are continually monitoring and improving the quality of our work.
§ Add value to the project process through input into briefs, defining & driving process, cost control and approval.
§ Work with the project manager to direct the development of a programme of work for key clients – usually resulting in strategy maps for the year, budget etc
§ Share knowledge across the team and company to help continually improve our client offering
§ Be responsible for developing business across the whole of Gulf Interactive offering and support the team in financial aspects such as billing and forecasting and achieving forecasts
§ Develop a close relationship with the senior management to ensure that they are involved in client/internal matters effectively
§ Work with all marketing/PR resource to ensure all marketing opportunities are maximised.
§ Support the new biz team,in developing new business presentations
