Conducting valuation and financial analysis, and due diligence on real estate related investment projects/opportunities.compile financial models and to design new indicators, pricing and valuation models to evaluate trends and opportunities within the operating environment. analyze financial & economic information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment/business decisions.

develop & implement the advisory process to provide best-in-class support to marketing and other company departments as well as the company’s clients.organize and supervise the activities and work of the research team to ensure that all work activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.

Skills
Minimum of 10 years of related working experience with at least 4 years of supervisory experience and 3-5 years in a relevant real estate field.
Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent in a real estate related subject.
PhD is a plus.
Excellent management skills and strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to successfully implement business initiatives and to introduce new ideas and techniques.
