Loyalty marketing manager | Wataniya Airways Kuwait

Job purpose:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Loyalty Marketing Manager to join Wataniya Airways, which is set to become the premium short haul in the Middle East, and contribute to its growth initiatives.
The role sits within a dynamic marketing team and its key purpose is to develop and manage frequent flyer program through CRM planning, forecasting and reporting. The person will be in charge of developing customer segmentation and targeting strategies, and analysis of customer trends and behavior to enhance customer engagement with Wataniya Airways and develop their loyalty.

Principal accountabilities:
• You will develop strategies and processes for a new Frequent Flyer Program (FFP), which will build loyalty and increase revenue, and establish a program that is recognized as most rewarding and premium;
• Implement the program mechanics such as mileage levels, types, incentives, program profitability, competitive issues;
• Develop tactical plans according to segmentation strategy, contact frequency, offers etc. to profitably acquire, lift and maintain customer’s loyalty;
• Trending customers metrics and ability to utilize them to provide insights and recommendations;
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage and develop offers associated with CRM campaigns;
• Develop the annual budget in conjunction with the other internal stakeholders;
• Forecasting, performance analysis and reporting with strong ability to leverage analytical insights;
• Manage the FFP program through continuous review and evaluation of CRM campaigns to maximize ROI

Skills
• BA/BSC level education in business administration – MBA is an advantage
• 3-5 years experience in a management level position with special focus on FFP planning and management
• Experience with Sabre CRM is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
