The Opportunity:

Marketing Coordinators are responsible for coordinating events, including meetings, speaking engagements, and seminars. They assess potential markets and opportunities to help Gallup grow business. The Marketing Coordinator for our Abu Dhabi office will implement marketing and communication programs to set up informational meetings with policy makers and business executives. This will allow Gallup experts to share the latest findings regarding social and economic issues in the Middle East with world leaders. Marketing Coordinators also take on similar assignments to help grow Gallup’s employee, customer, and leadership practices.

Key responsibilities include:

* Arranging detail-oriented, in-person meetings with policy makers and business executives

* Collaborating with the team to strategize on how to build and develop new business

* Researching new potential markets and opportunities

* Implementing all marketing, meetings, and events

* Assisting with agendas and presentation development and delivery

* Managing and communicating public relations
