- Develops annual marketing plans in conjunction with the sales department which entails detailed activities during the fiscal year which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Manage the Marketing Department Budget and delivery of all marketing activities within the agreed budget.
- Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, studying competitors, products and services
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Handing all marketing activities.

Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and acquires an MBA.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership & motivation, Organizing and planning
- Acquires decision making skills, problem Solving skills, time-management skills, attention to detail, and a high level of concentration and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of labor law and social regulations
- Excellent computer skills
