The Role

A market leading, multi-national manufacturing client is seeking a Marketing Manager for its UAE business. With 2 direct reports the role is newly established and has come about due to growth of the organisation within the region.
The role sits within the commercial division, alongside sales and distribution and the objectives are to develop and implement an annual marketing plan, whilst leading the NPD process and forecasting any segment trends based on competitor and market analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing / FMCG background, and possess an innovative approach to marketing, as well as be able to encourage team members. Ideally you will have had exposure to sales as well as a solid track record within marketing. The successful candidate needs to have the gravitas to lead a team as well as the ability and ambition to achieve Commercial Director level in the near future.
