A retail shopping mall is seeking a Marketing Manager with creative experience within Marketing to join their team to build the brand and positioning in the market place.Your duties will include the following Maintain good tenant and staff relations, working conditions and atmosphere.Set overall work objectives for the Marketing Department.Provide clear objectives and workable guidelines to the relevant staff and monitor their performance.Oversee all staff in the Marketing Department. This includes Marketing Assistant, Events Assistant and Marketing Department Team Secretary.On-going and Day-to-Day Marketing.Provide weekly reports to senior management. Understand the brand personality and its core objectives.General follow up on marketing inquiries regarding advertising, cross promoting sponsorship and promotion requests.Stay within the financial parameters established in the budgets and comply with terms and conditions for administration and payments.Prepare the Marketing Department budgets in conjunction with the Operations Manger.Prepare annual detailed marketing plans for the Operations Manager the General Managers and Landlords approval in keeping with the budget provided.Set research objectives for the marketing research company.Promotions, Events and Agency and MediaManaging printable in a manner which reduce cost of printing. Prepare Media Plans for Positioning and Tactical Campaigns in conjunction with the Operations Manager.Meet with all tenants on a regular basis to ensure that they their activities are up to the mall standards and In keeping with its overall objectives.

Skills
To be considered for this role you must have the followingCreative experience.Brand building and positioning exposure.Local marketing experience (at least 2 years).Have excellent computer skills on Word Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent English speaking and writing ability.A Bachelors degree specialising in Marketing.
