Job Description:
Under general supervision, plans, implements and manages the integrated marketing and sales programs, activities and initiatives of the Co. Continually evaluates the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans; recommends changes in marketing perspective and policy when such changes serve the best interests of the Company. Develops and coordinates sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Develops and implements an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plans and develops marketing and sales strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the Company.

Skills
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Proven ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate marketing activities and special events.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market research and sales forecasting principles and methodologies.
- Ability to foster a cooperative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse group.
