Marketing Director | Kuwait

Our client, a General Trading and Contracting company seeks to recruit a Marketing Director who will have to:
• Create a 3 year integrated sale and marketing strategy,
• Establish and control the annual marketing expenditure budget and departmental operating costs,
• Initiate and create innovative approaches for management and staff to understand and respond,
• Develop and implement a customer segmentation strategy that attracts and rewards profitable customers,
• Manage the market and business development performance,
• Create a marketing/ Sales culture throughout the retail team,
• Lead the marketing business development team in focusing on closure and results

Profile: 7 years experience at Senior Management level in marketing, •Degree in Business/Marketing.
Education: Basic – Bachelor of Business Administration
