Marketing Executive | Al Rostamani Group Dubai
- Design and execution of specific customer campaigns, including customer acquisition, cross selling and up selling.
- Identify media vehicles to create brand awareness within the marketing budget
- Work closely with our partner banks credit card department and run campaigns
- Work closely with our loyalty program partner to increase retail sales
- Identify new partners through Loyalty program partner and run campaigns
- Identify tactical marketing opportunities with Airlines/hotels
- Quantify marketing activities and analyse ROI
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
- Develop collaterals and display boards to support sales in all our retail outlets
- Coordinate in designing activities of all new retail outlets
- Involvement in all BTL/ATL campaigns
- Organising PR activities with existing and new clients
- Involvement in identifying corporate give aways
- Involvement in marketing budget planning
- Involvement in conducting feasibility study and market research on new projects
- Involvement in setting up CRM system and maintain customer data
Skills
- Degree in Marketing from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years experience in marketing related job
- A keen understanding in the various disciplines of marketing communication and media including market segmentation, product offer development etc.
- Analytical intelligence
- Strong interpersonal skills and social competence
- Clear understanding of tourism industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
