Marketing Manager | IQ Selection Dubai
The Role
Our client, a multinational conferencing and exhibitions business established for over 30 years, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. They are now recognised as the world’s largest Human Capital Company, with offices across the world.
Based in Dubai, and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will formulate and execute marketing plans for a successful Yacht Show. The main focus will be to ensure the exhibitions and conferences worked on are marketed effectively and creatively. You will need to manage financial budgets, meet individual / team targets, and work closely with the Exhibitions Director and Marketing team. You will also need to use the full marketing mix to promote exhibitions and conferences, identify relevant media partners in order to maximise events exposure. You will also need to manage the PR and creative agency, to coordinate all the marketing collateral.
Requirements
As the successful candidate you will possess a strong understanding of business to business marketing with strong communication and teamwork skills. You should be educated to degree level, with a strong bias to Marketing subjects. You must be career minded, goal orientated and very hardworking. There is a generous bonus included and an opportunity to progress within this growing business. You must be able to show your degree qualifications.
