Marketing Specialist | Trane SA Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Marketing communication plans.
- Brand positioning and awareness.
- Effective implementation of low-cost, high impact communication activities ie. Direct mail, e-marketing, seminars and PR.
- Plan, organize and co-manage exhibitions and trade shows.
- Active participation in product launches.
- Customer satisfaction surveys.
- Assist sales offices with the development and use of customer database.
- Advertising, print and media planning.
- Contribute to Market Intelligence reports.
- Track and report key wins.
- Co-manage regional marketing budget.
- Develop strengthened connections to customers.
- Develop programmes to optimize Life Time Value of Key Customer.
- Support the company’s ‘Systems, Services & Solutions’ strategy.
- Identify & Communicate best practices across the region and across business streams.
- Development and implementation of appropriate sales tools.
Other activities may be assigned at the discretion of the management.
Specific Skill:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Proven experience in business-to-business marketing.
- Clear understanding of features, benefits and value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Business acumen.
- Able to keep in touch with trends within the industry and with key Vertical markets.
- Understand the role of services, systems and solutions in Trane’s business.
- Able to understand the big picture of Trane direction.
- Energetic with good work rate.
