Broadcast supervisor | Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job responsibility:
• Overseeing the playout center, day-to-day ingest to transmission
• Supervising TX Operators working to the highest industry standards.
• Acting as a vital link in the Playout Center (NOC/MCR) and be involved in all stages of the channels management and transmission process.
• Managing day-to-day staffing presence according with shifts rotation in-adherence with the approved weekly/monthly schedules.
• Preparing the operational and technical daily supervisory reports and avail them in the POC log book.
• Managing the daily As-Run logs management and make sure that they are registered in the proper POC managed ftp space within the framework of the approved procedures and house rules.
• Working in close co-operation with the Broadcast Operations Manager, Engineering Department, IT Support and Maintenance and Sales and Bookings teams to ensure that clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction
