We offer:
No definite work hours. Just spend your eight hours as you wish.
Full authority to do whatever you want in the company, except running naked between cubicles (this depends on how good you look and how late you are in your work).
You have full authority to eat, drink, smoke, any kind of edible/drinkable/inhalable material you like.
Singing is prohibited unless you have a signed consent from Simon Powell himself. Listening is through earphones/headphones
Skype, Facebook, twitter, web surfing, is all allowed during work hours.
Saturday’s are free days where you are obliged to work on an independent artistic project of your own. We will provide the funding to make it happen.
If your parents/spouse kicked you out, you have the authority to move in your cubicle for a period of 15 days on the premise that you keep the area you live in hygienic.
We have only a women’s bathroom. If you are a male or born biologically as one, please bring a minimum of two green plants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take website designs and create fully functional websites in Flash/HTML
- Design Flash Web sites and ensure that they are visually effective and user friendly.
- Create Flash banners, animations and Multimedia presentations.
- Create demos and presentations in Flash.
- Modify a website to be more search engine friendly.

- Customize CMS to suit client’s needs and requirements.

Skills
- Creativity with imaginative art sense for designing websites, intros, banners.
- Excellent skills using Flash Professional 8, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Excellent skills in AS2 and AS3, HTML and CSS.
- Excellent skills in ASP .NET and VB .NET
- Fast in all the above
- Previous work experience is essential. A portfolio is a must.
- Good command of English. Spanish is a plus.
