To deploy, monitor and continuously improve an effective and efficient Quality Management System – a process and measurement framework for Emirates Group IT based on industry best practice.

Advise and guide Senior Managers, Project Managers, Software Engineers and IT Production staff on the Quality Frameworks and Management System deployed. Assist Project Managers through an effective Project Office function, challenging them on the non-compliances and while aiding process deployment and foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization and identify appropriate standard performance measures, metrics, KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and organization targets as appropriate for all the processes

Set up the mechanisms (tools/techniques) to collect relevant data, consolidate, measure, report and monitor the same against targets.

Facilitate quantitative process improvement based on the performance measures, and challenge non-compliances through effective forums.

Provide high quality Portfolio Analysis and utilize analytical capabilities to effectively collect, analize, and summarize data regarding the entire IT Portfolio.

Identify trends and recommend best way forward considering data available.
