Relations Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Responsible for Investor Relations in coordination with the CFO and Liaise with concerned parties (CMA, Tadawul, etc).

• Responsible for annual reports (after taking the information and content from CFO) and liaising with the external PR agencies to produce them.

• Writing, editing, translating and proof reading press releases with a focus on financial PR.

• Manage company’s corporate identity (i.e. updating Website and Corporate Manual) with internal coordination amongst Investment Committee members to gather content and work externally with PR agency for production.

The candidate is expected to carry out the responsibilities in a case of a colleagues absence and whenever a situation calls for it

• Maintaining and networking with contacts of local, regional and international media outlets and building on these relations with constant Media Monitoring.

• Assist in advertising campaigns and projects (briefing, production & post production management).

Nationality : Saudi only
Gender : Male only
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Exp : Min 2 years exp in PR or with financial institutions.

Should have an excellent command of Word, Excel and knowledge of Photoshop Adobe is a plus.
