Job Summary
1. Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/budget by implementing the sales process and according to the company’s mission and vision.
2. Prepare company presentation and giving Albina profile, catalogs, fliers or brochures to potential clients
3. Assist the area sales manager in monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to area sales manager
4. Assist the area sales manager in performing and leading market researches in order to introduce new products when assigned
5. Assist the area sales manager in following up and supervising the implementation of the company procedures as set by Quality Management System Standards
6. Assist the area sales manager in liaising with Purchasing & Logistics department to schedule orders delivery and time schedule
7. Coordinate with the Purchasing & Logistic department to give the client final confirmation on the delivery and to make sure of customer satisfaction
8. Follow up on quotations
9. Assist the area sales manager in preparing and submitting the annual area budget
10. Attend monthly meetings to discuss sales performance and ways to enhance the department’s productivity by introducing new products
11. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in order to be able to promote and sell products with the highest level of integrity
12. Follow up on accounts in coordination with the collection department and assist the area sales manager in initiating legal actions against problematic customers
13 Coordinate with sales and financial manager to get approval on quotations, credit terms, exceeding of terms & special discounts

Skills
- Handle customer complaints and assist Quality Officer in investigating and resolving complex customer complaints
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Conceptual and Leadership Skills
- Bachelor in Business Administration
