Manager National Attraction and Selection

Plan, manage and monitor the attraction strategy for UAE nationals selection over the next 5 years creating a strong employment brand in the region and within the UAE community. Lead the talent acquisition team, in the development and execution of talent planning, sourcing and acquisition by enhancing processes, building the talent pipeline and improving the quality of hire.

National Relationship and Liaison Manager

Develop, manage and implement an integrated networking and attraction process to increase the number of UAE Nationals within the group through building strong relationships with government bodies and positively representing EK image with external and internal stakeholders.

Manager National Career Development and Retention

Formulate, implement and evaluate a robust and sustainable talent and development strategy for UAE nationals, ensuring career enhancement, and professional development opportunities, as well as providing career counselling, with an ultimate aim of improving the growth and retention ratio of all UAE nationals within the Group.
