Solution Sales Manager (BMS, Security & Automation) | Schneider Electric Abu Dhabi, UAE

We currently have an opening to join our ever growing Buildings Business as Solutions Sales Manager for BMS, Security & Automation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales person with the right technical knowledge to progress and grow their career.

- To develop profitable business in the areas of building automation and security (HVAC, Lighting, access control, CCTV ..) solutions, including field devices, through a direct approach

- To identify early opportunities and work closely with end-users, consultants and contractors until order is secured

- To liaise with the tendering and execution teams for efficient design and eventual execution of projects to ensure the targeted profitability is realised and improved upon

- To liaise with the service team to ensure existing customers are targeted for pull-through business

- To ensure customer satisfaction at all times for the Buildings business in the UAE

- Work closely with the business development manager and the segment leaders for pre-approval, acceptance and vendor listing of SE products

- Maximise on Schneider Electric’s ELV product and technology footprint for targeted opportunities

- Manage cross business unit opportunities by working with counterparts in a productive and

supportive manner

- Work with all sales teams to ensure good coordination on winning projects using appropriate pipeline and dashboard tools

- Build and maintain relationships with energy and security customers within different key player organisations (contractors, end users…) to grow and capture business opportunities

- Analyse and decide with the sales director the best possible business approach to win projects, either through direct or partners.
