The role
Oversee the efficient flow of work from client services to creative and production departments in order to meet client requirements.

Work Scheduling
? Create schedules, maintain job files, tracking and monitoring progress.
? Coordinate all the jobs in progress and monitor their status to ensure that production remains on schedules and deadlines are met.
? Ensure creative concepts are effectively trafficked to approval stage.
? Manage and regulate the workflow within the designated group in the department and ensure other groups are managed effectively.
? Organise purchasing of freelance resources.
? Receive, gain creative approval of, allocate and distribute creative briefs.
? Liaise closely with Client Services and Production departments to ensure work is delivered on time.

Managing Resources
? Manage general departmental monitoring and administration of timesheets and annual leave where appropriate.
? Organise late night support where required and members of the team to work on new business pitches where necessary.
? Manage the workload of Mac visualizing, liaising with the Studio where required.
? Conduct performance and development reviews for direct reports.

Self Development
? Proactively pursue self development opportunities within the Department.
? Assume joint responsibility with Line Manager for regularly reviewing performance and personal development.

Skills & Experience
? Previous trafficking experience or support role in creative department
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Knowledge of creative work flow process desirable
? Good planning and organizing skills
? Computer literate
? Ability to work to deadlines
? Flexible attitude
