TV Director | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client, a leading TV company in Saudi Arabia is urgently looking for TV directors to join their team at Riyadh. This will be a permanent, full time position with very competitive salary package and benefits:
The main Duties and Responsibilities of the TV Director will be:
• responsible for day-to-day operations of news control room
• directs and coordinates activities of news department of the television network
• confers with executives and production staff members regarding budget, station policy, news coverage of special events, and production problems
• monitors news development and reviews edited copy and news materiel
• responsible for approving program content or issues directions for changes or modification
• Able to coordinate and lead the editorial direction of local programming.
• Ability to manage and provide feedback to the staff members.
• Able to direct and manage all the activities of news department.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Power point and Internet.
• Ability to carry out administrative duties including training of reporters.
• Able to host television programs.

The TV Director Must Have:
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience of Directing TV shows.
• Fluently Bilingual (Arabic and very fluent English speaking and writing skills).
• Available immediately.
• Ability to work as a full time employee in Riyadh.
• Directing news programs would be an added bonus.
