Important attributes: Outstanding creativity coupled with wizardry in action scripting.
Primary responsibilities: Develop innovative ideas and concepts.

Promotion path: Senior Web Designer

Skills
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash with excellent command in action scripting. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator or 3D Studio Max/ Maya and working experience with PHP or ASP will be helpful but not essential.
