Web & Graphic Designer | CYBERIA Beirut, Lebanon

The Web & Graphic Designer is accountable for assisting the Web & Graphic Design team to communicate the department’s mission and vision through design layout and technology deliverables. He/she is responsible to develop and produce outstanding online communication materials.

Main duties
•Works closely with the Corporate Sales Department team to proactively acquire and maintain potential clients.

•Builds business relationships by identifying customer needs and by creatively developing design solutions to meet those needs.

•Designs, creates and updates internal and external web pages, popup ads and other such marketing/promotional material.

•Delivers, on time, high quality and innovative communications and marketing material in order to establish the value of Cyberia Web and Graphic Design Services.

•Develops design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues.

•Uses a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design, to produce accurate and original work.

•Remains current and up-to-date with the graphic and web development communities, including new HTML tags, browser specifications, graphic utilities, and programs, etc.

•Produces outstanding online communications and marketing materials that assist in meeting and exceeding design targets.

Excellent knowledge in:
-Adobe Illustrator (knowledge in offset printing, color separation)
-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Flash
-Microsoft Front Page
-Web Expression
-HTML coding
-XHTML coding

-Proven graphic design skills for both online and printed media
-Proven web design skills, hands on Web 2.0 concepts
-Project management skills and ability to deliver on simultaneous projects
-Ability to manipulate Arabic content within various artworks
-Creativity within the definitions of the Identity and respect for its limits
-Ability to work with a team of programmers to integrate web designs into dynamic code and database integration
-Ability to discuss and collect customer requirements as well as maintain sites based on customer’s feedback
*Mac skills is a plus
