White is the region’s first online bridal magazine produced in collaboration with White ME, an online wedding resource and bridal registry service, and the GCC’s premier photographic and film studio, Darrin James.

White is updated two to three times daily and is aimed at providing brides-to-be a must-have resource on bridal beauty, fashion, honeymoons, wedding planning, photography and everything wedding related.

With advice from industry insiders and tips and tricks from the experts, brides in the GCC can rely on White to provide them with all the necessary information when planning their wedding – from losing weight, to choosing a make-up artist or inspiration on flowers, cakes, photography and so forth.

Edited by Faye James who was Senior Editor for Emirates Woman and Emirates Bride for the past five years and published by Mona Shibel, founder of White ME, the two entrepreneurs saw a gap in the market and decided to fill a much needed niche.

“There was nothing around in the GCC that offered brides an online resource where they could receive daily advice on the lead-up to their wedding day,” said Faye James who is also co-founder of Darrin James and founder of The Bridal Makeover.

“Launched in August 2010, the site already has over 2,800 subscribers and over 1,000 FB fans and is growing at an exponential rate. We are extremely proud of its success,” said Mona Shibel who launched the online bridal registry in 2008.

Subscribers to the site receive a free weekly newsletter which includes Shop the looks for brides, Bridal beauty treatment of the week and Expert tip of the week.
