Marketing & Communications Executive | Team One Dubai
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and implement a regional marketing strategy: devise marketing strategy for subject markets working with clients and operations to maximize profile, and market share
Subject Teams: contribute as the marketing expert to regional subject teams, advising on market issues and product development in all areas
The Marketing Mix – devise the most effective marketing mix to deliver strategy and objectives, ensuring ongoing analysis to identify the most powerful drivers in the mix
Budgeting and Budgetary control: negotiate, compile, monitor, and deliver annual marketing budget
Analyze market share and campaign results against targets, reporting as agreed and contributing marketing element to annual reports
Other Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with various departments in the company to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
Development of Corporate Communications Strategy (One Voice Strategy)
Designing, developing, programming and maintaining company / corporate branding and identity
Writing, designing, developing marketing material for events such as conferences …etc.
Responsible for implementing all marketing techniques at the right level of the organization
Conducting market research as necessary to determine market size and growth
Work closely with customer service to develop training for customers, distributors, brokers, agents & employers
Requirements
Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail, time management and leadership skills
Experienced in Photoshop, Adobe and Microsoft Office
Relevant Bachelors degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within a media, communications or marketing department
Experience of implementing media campaigns across multiple regions
Experience in Insurance Industry a plus
NOC availability from current employer
