Senior Brand Designer | O2 Marketing Communications Manama, Bahrain

Overview:
We are O2 Branding, and we create brands that interact. We provide strategic and creative brand services which enable businesses to clearly communicate and form strong relationships with customers. We are looking for an intelligent, motivated and talented Senior Brand Designer to join our growing team.

As our Senior Brand Designer, it is your primary responsibility to ensure that the highest standards of creativity are maintained and projects are completed on brief and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Create conceptual design solutions which support brand strategy.
• Refine and develop all aspects of the chosen design concept.
• Work with production team to ensure quality of final deliverables.
• Manage, train and mentor Designers and Junior Designers.
• Prepare materials for clients and internal meetings.
• Present design refinements to clients.
• Participate in the development of new business efforts as requested.

Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and latest design tools and software.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Experience in corporate, retail and product branding.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to adhere to project budgets and deadlines.
• Travel as required.
• A minimum of 5 years of brand design experience in a branding or design firm.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
• Experience in digital branding a HUGE plus.
