The Role
The Marketing Assistant will complete creative copywriting jobs to include editing content for corporate, brand and product-specific collateral. He/She will coordinate marketing & communication day-to-day activities.
Reporting to: Marketing & Communications Manager
Every position is characterized by a set of accountabilities when established.
This part shall specify the tasks for which the job holder will be accountable for:
- Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials that are consistent with brand strategies.
- Maintain and deliver all marketing & communications internally & externally.
- Oversee campaigns from production to completion (MKTG / PR/ Events)
- Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customers.
- Interpret design brief and translate into creative but practical elements.
- Write all copy for company’s advertising efforts, brochures & collateral, press releases.
- Content Management
- Update & Maintain all Marketing records.

Internal Communication:

- External design agencies, suppliers, Media & publishing houses.
Requirements
- Relevant Marketing or Communication Qualification
- Creative Copywriting in English & Arabic
- 4-5 years working in a similar field, specifically within the auto or commercial vehicles industries.
