Job Description :
Our Client, A leading regional advertising agency is looking for Junior Account Manager/ Account Manager for their operations in Bahrain.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic(would be an added bonus, but not a prerequisite).
Previous Experience as an Account Executive or that of a Senior Account Executive within an agency of repute is preffered.
Able to work to deadlines and to budget
Acute attention to details
Proven experience of project management
Highly driven / A team player
Responsibilities:
• Business development – to increase customer base
• Study and understand the advertising scene with regard to changes, fluctuations, opportunities, threats, etc., and formulate strategies to overcome them
• To understand market trends and development for potential growth in business
• To provide complete advertising support to assigned clients, including events & promotions.
• Servicing assigned clients – includes defining communication objectives, understand commercial issues, develop marketing and promotional strategies, develop strategic and tactical communication plans, etc
• To set realistic targets for the new business pitches and monitoring to ensure these are achieved
• To identify ways and means to increase profitability for the agency by planning, close monitoring of all projects, jobs, fulfilling set deadlines, etc
• To motivate and encourage team members to deliver their best
