PR Director | Dubai
An excellent opportunity for a female PR & Communications Director within one of the leading global advertising agencies is available immediately. This is an excellent opening for the right candidate.
Your experience will be direct consumer FMCG in agency with a minimum of 7 years. This is a specific requirement for the role and your application will only be submitted when meeting this criteria.
Your focus will be to operate assigned accounts effectively and meet the group’s profit objectives. You’ll sell agency’s entire array of services to existing and new clients. You’ll have final quality and budgetary responsibility for the assigned accounts.
The PR & Communications Director is responsible for coaching and developing the team.
Core responsibilities of this role are:
· to guide media relations strategies
· develop results oriented strategic plans
· cross sell other Group resources to clients
· translate creativity into actionable plans
· analyse client budgets
· inform senior management of progress and potential problems
· offer sound recommendations for new business
· build the industries regard for the group
· staffing and staffing budgets
· create an environment in which the group is motivated to deliver innovative concepts and executions
· support company systems and work cooperatively with partners, management, account support staff and admin personnel
