Client Services Director | Jeddah
Job Description :
You will be a client champion for both existing and potential clients of the agency, with responsibility for leading the development and growth of all agency client accounts. You will be tasked with building strong, long term relationships between the agency and all its clients. You will be expected to crate excellent working rapport with key client decisions makers, to gain a greater understanding of their marketing goals, and to ensure that the agency delivers the very best strategic campaign work to meet these.
Required Skills:
* A Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field
* Fluent written and spoken Arabic
* At least 8 years within leading advertising or branding agency in client focused role.
Qualifications: Minimum: Degree in Business Administration. Computer skills:- MS-Office.
Responsibilities:
To inspire and motivate the team involved in the business across agency disciplines - creative, development, client servicing to ensure optimal output.
To achieve agency business goals e.g. meeting budget targets thereby contributing to agency profitability.
To make strategic recommendations and presentations, advocate and inspire great advertising, on the assigned brands.
To identify growth opportunities with existing clients and thus enhance both he agency and client business.
To motivate and train the Account Manager to both develop the Account Manager’s skills and provide better service to the client.
