The Role:
This is an amazing opportunity to be the Creative partner in the leading branding agency within the Middle East; designing and communicating brands from Islands and hotels to banks and private equity companies across multiple markets.

We want someone who will be the champion of strategy-lead brand design, communication, philosophy and inspiration within the company and to clients.

You will lead concept and brand thinking and encourage your team to push their creative thinking, to develop brand ideas that will not only lead the development of the identity but the complete brand experience. You will naturally infuse the studio with inspiration, passion and creative flair while challenging both clients and the internal team to think laterally regarding creative solutions.

Requirements

Your industry knowledge is broad across the brand design, communications, advertising experience and digital. Your experience and empathy will allow you to manage the team members from several different backgrounds and cultures. Emerging markets experience will be highly beneficial.

You will be living in Dubai, but will travel throughout the Middle East region. The package includes an executive salary, relocation and other expat benefits.
