The Role

Unique Opportunity to get in strategic planning – Global advertising agency

Dear Client Servicing People in the MENA region. Due to the expansion of a planning department at an international advertising agency based in Dubai we are currently recruiting for a Strategic Planner.

The client is one of the most awarded advertising agencies worldwide and in Dubai one of the most advanced agencies in terms of strategic planning.

You will mainly be responsible for a large, international FMCG/ cosmetics company, and your contact persons appreciate the need for quality communications and planning. They will give you the time to get to know the business and will give you a very detailed brief to allow you to produce excellent work.

As the strategic planner you will be responsible for a maximum of 3 accounts a time as they want to give you the chance to get really committed to your clients. You will recognize insights, conduct research and make propositions on behalf of your small client base. In straightforward term; you will make the most complex situations look simple.
You will report directly to the strategic planning director.

Requirements

But who are you?
We are looking for a mature advertising professional with at least 3 years of experience in the region. You could come from a planning role or make a shift from client servicing.
You are a passionate, problem solving individual who understands the clients business like nobody else. You are excellent in finding creative solutions for the clients, a good listener and very curious.
Analytical is one of your greatest skills but you still know how to do a human approach.
