Job Profile
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Identify and short list potential clients for the company.
• Promote the self storage services that the company provides to potential clients by conducting short meeting with them.
- Answers customer calls and offers assistance with respect to products and services
• Identifies products or services that meet with the customer needs in order to cross sell / up sell where relevant
Skills
• Fluent in English (with good tone of voice) and able to convince and understand clients needs.
• Should be enthusiastic, Team Player & service orientated.
• Computer literate
Education
Minimum Diploma, preferably in business or customer services
