Product Manager | Emirates Airline & Group Dubai

The Position: Manage Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels and ground service providers within a sub-region or country and lobby, negotiate and obtain competitive rates, allocations, release periods and destination/product information in order for EK Holidays to meet its customer needs and in line with the departmental standards and EKH growth strategy.

Qualifications:
In Travel & Tourism, Business or Sales Management

Experience:
5 years in the tourism industry with minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level.

Knowledge/skills:
A high quality achiever with a proven ability to exercise keen commercial judgement and decision making in the selection, negotiating and contracting of tour operator or hotel services.

Must posses an excellent knowledge of Geography and clear understanding of the tourism industry and tour operations combined with superior written and oral skills in English (other languages an advantage, based on region assigned).

Must display quality analytical, strategic thinking and negotiation skills with capability of consistently meeting production and commercial deadlines combined with technology literacy and have existing international job relevant industry contact network.
