Sales Manager | Dubai
Purpose: To lead, manage the Smart Building Systems Sales in Dubai.
Core Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for Territory quota in Dubai.
2. To lead and motivate a team of sales people.
3. To accompany and guide the sales team on high-level meetings.
4. To be accountable for accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts
5. To enforce discipline in weekly reporting; To identify and develop team member’s organizational and planning skills.
6. To maintain and develop supplier relationship within the assigned territory.
7. To maintain consistent sales performance and ensure all agreed objectives are met.
Specific Responsibilities:
? Leading: Be a natural leader and role model in the sales organization.
? Reporting: To update from time-to-time on the sales activities, development of the territory and the divisional products.
? Systems: To develop and motivate sales team to use company systems, standards and sales-aids

7. Consistently exercise discretion in handling interactions, and in directing internal and external customers to the appropriate party for resolving problems or complex issues.
