Area Security Manager | Oracle Dubai, UAE
The Middle East and Africa Security Manager is responsible for Global Physical Security initiatives being effectively implemented within the area in line with budgets, policies, standards and local legislation.
This position is designated as a mid – senior level physical security management professional with oversight for operational standards and best practices across a region within EMEA he/she has responsibility for
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as representative of GPS EMEA in support of core initiatives in the region.
* Be the GPS EMEA resource in support of new or changing processes in the region
* Audit existing processes and practises for efficiencies in the region to assist in Best Practise
identification.
* Be part of the team in collaboration effort to standardize Best Practises.
* Prepare high level reports and recommendations to GPS Regional Director on audit results
* Support and/or lead regional initiatives as directed.
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships and a positive work ethic with other groups within Oracle
* Manage assigned staff in region who work in support of the GEO.
* Manage Contract Guarding Company in region to ensure contract compliance and Service Level Agreements are maintained
* Guarding, alarm follow up, key holding, etc contracts management/overview/audit
* Shredding
* Investigation
* Awareness
