The Role:
To supervise a team of Graphic Designers within the Home Furnishings Division to achieve business goals & objectives.
Skills
Responsibilities:
– Monitor workload of the graphic design team and allocate tasks as required.
– Supervise the artwork and development of In store materials keeping in mind the minor adaptation of brand visuals for cultural acceptance and local market tailoring.
– Work cross functionally with other teams and functions to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
– Build and manage professional relationships with internal and external partners.
– Check and forward artwork for approval as per marketing guidelines and in line with Alshaya’s Vision & Values.
– Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
