Located in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone, Simba Toys Middle East is a subsidiary of the German Simba-Dickie-Group. With headquarters in Fürth and Hong Kong the Simba-Dickie-Group is one of the leading players in the global toy market. The group’s range consists of more than 4,000 products. Simba Toys Middle East’s core business is to develop the markets in the Middle East, India and North Africa. Therefore our team seeks a strong “Assistant Sales Manager” to support our local sales team and ensure improvement and growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Sales Manager in training, monitoring and supervising the Merchandiser
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve given targets
3. responsible of taking care of B2B customers
4. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
5. Identify and resolve client concerns
6. Preparing the picture quotations / sales report / sales compression
7. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals
8. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information to the customer
9. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
10. Other duties as assigned
11. Visit the clients/shops on a daily/weekly basis, follow up for the orders and make sure the shelves are looking full and nicely merchandised
Skills
3-5 years of experience in sales or product management (toys or/and stationary experience advantageous)
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English (Arabic advantageous)
Very good Experience in handling excel
Driving license
