Gazing at the Contemporary World: Japanese Photography Exhibition

Have I told you how much I like Japan and Japanese people! Here is an interesting event to attend today: Gazing at the Contemporary World: Japanese Photography from the 1970s to the present, is a photography exhibition that will be opened today Tuesday 10th of February 2009 at 6 pm at City Hall of Greater Amman Municipality – Ras Al-Ain. The exhibition will run until the 24th of this month between 10 am – 1 pm, and 5 pm – 8 pm, daily except of Fridays.

    I think they are organizing this all over the world. Last month there was Japanese exhibition in Paris as well, not only photographs though, but VERY expensive arts too and a lot of Japanese stuff.. I had a look but it was too crowded cause it’s too close to Eiffel Tower so I didn’t spend much time.

    but indeed, it worth watching. Japanese culture is unique in a way :-)
