Kenya: The First Nation to Run to the Moon
Featured, Social — By Samer Marzouq on March 21, 2011 at 9:37 pmThis is a very interesting experiment, the idea was to create a brand identity for Kenya and make stand out from the crowd of other African countries that are known for Safari and tourism, the key selling point was Kenya’s running pride and history, and so the country was branded as *The worlds greatest running nation*.
The concept was simple yet very astonishing; Run to the Moon. Kenya will be the first country in the world that runs to the moon, virtually of course. Several Marathons were held across the country where 9,000 runners will run the distance between earth and moon, and to build more on this concept, people could participate either on the web or through an iPhone app, watch the video for the details:
