Our client is a leading local Group that operates within retail, wholesale, hospitality, exports, service centres and marketing. They are currently looking for a strong Brand Manager to work in their wholesale division for an impressive international brand portfolio within the consumer electronics category. You will be joining a large and well established organization that is looking for commercially driven and highly professional individuals.
As Brand Manager, your focus will be on the electrical and personal care appliances with your main objective being to increase their market shares. You need to look at ways of increasing profitability for existing lines as well as developing new markets and products for the company. You will play a pro-active role in developing a brand strategy to ensure product differentiation. You must lead, motivate and organize your sales team so that the key accounts are being serviced to the maximum capacity. Training, setting individual and regional targets will also be required. Ultimately you are responsible for mapping out the growth plan in terms of sales channels, product portfolio, pricing, marketing, and client servicing. Primarily you will be handling class A and B accounts across the GCC. This role is a mixture of sales and marketing.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this role, you must have strong B2B experience within the consumer electronics field. All candidates must be flexible to travel and have excellent communication skills. You need to illustrate hardcore negotiation skills with trade partners as well as demonstrate how you have had a positive impact on sales. All candidates should have at least 5 years experience within the UAE. You should have solid experience in sales forecasting and be able to talk the client through how you formulate your sales plan. All candidates must have fluent English and be very smartly presented. Our client is looking for someone who is currently a Brand Manager within the Consumer Electronics sector.
