The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager you will promote and sell Aconex online information management solution throughout the industry and the wider business community, identifying new markets and opportunities to secure key projects across United Arab of Emirates (UAE).
Your day
• Achieve required sales targets
• Meet target for calling prospect and lead follow up
• Generate new leads and prospect for opportunities
• Identify new key clients and set goals and plans for securing new clients
• Attend and participate in industry functions, product seminars and trade shows
• Manage time effectively to ensure maximum productivity
• Develop and maintain account plans
• Update and maintain accurate data on CRM
• Prepare written presentation and proposal
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Aconex’s products including their demonstration, pricing and administrative procedures.
• Understand competitor’s products in terms of positioning, features and benefits, pricing account acquisition strategies.
Skills
Your skills and experience
• Consistently met and exceeded sales targets across your sales career
• Sold complex services/products to multiple stakeholders via a range of strategies
• Proven track record generating leads, cultivating networks and closing sales in UAE
• Hold a current Saudi Arabia drivers licence and car
• Ability to travel
• Rights to work in UAE
• Excellent computer literacy with a variety of software packages
