The Role
One of the region’s leading media organisations in Dubai is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Director you will execute the sales plan to maximise the financial objectives of the business by selling and cross selling their products.
You will be responsible for increasing sales across companies and PR agencies in the UAE by establishing the company as a preferred supplier for press release distribution. Other areas of responsibility will include lead generation, identifying decision makers, following up on leads, cross selling products and ensuring regular contact with clients and prospective clients.
RequirementsThe suitable candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a confident selling manner and strong negotiation skills. Having excellent English written and oral communication skills, strong business acumen, previous sales training and a proven track record in selling B2B solutions is critical to succeed in this role. To be considered for this opportunity you should hold a bachelors Degree in business or equivalent with a minimum of two years sales experience from the media industry. |
