Business Development Manager
We are looking out for a suitable candidate to take up a challenging position of a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate, an ambitious self-starter, will need to evaluate, present and negotiate business opportunities.
The candidate should be able to -
* Meet with the Sales Targets.
* Prepare & deliver sales presentations to new & existing clients and offer the agency’s services to increase existing advertising business.
* Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
* Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
* Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
* Draw up contracts for advertising work.
* Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
* Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services.
* Submitting needed regular sales reports to management.
* Developing & maintaining relationship with key customers to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
We are looking for people who have:

Must Have
* Minimum 3-4 years UAE experience in the Sales and Marketing field with a reputed advertising agency.
* Should have a proven track record, thus being able to start generating new business immediately.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic language will be an advantage.
* Excellent knowledge in preparing for presentations, business correspondence, etc…
* Ability in strategic & tactical execution.
* Good working knowledge of the computer, internet, and all essential MS applications.
* Work under pressure.
* Time management.
* Driving license and own car.
* Transferable residence permit.
Package
A suitable package can be worked out for the ideal candidate, based on the experience.
We will only consider candidates with UAE experience, who are currently based in the UAE, with a transferable employment visa. No international recruitment will be considered.
