Overview
My client is a Medium Size Advertising and Creative Agency based in Dubai. They are looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join their growing team.

The Role
The CSD will report directly into the Managing Director and will be responsible for the entire Client Servicing Team. They will be responsible for the following:
• Taking thorough briefs, translating the clients wishes into high quality work
• Handling Budgets, Managing Campaign Costs, and Invoicing Clients
• Working with the Business Development Team, chasing new business leads, as well as retaining and growing existing clients’ portfolios
• Pitching for New Business
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns/projects
• The overall organization and project management of work
• Training, Developing, and Maintaining a top notch Client Services Team
• Liaise with other business unit heads to ensure clear communication across all facets of the agency
