We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to perform the role of Cultural Entertainment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Culture and Entertainment Department to achieve operational objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Culture and Entertainment, your duties will include:
Correspondence: incoming calls, mail, faxes and filing
Central point of contact for Culture and Entertainment Department
Deal effectively with a wide variety of outsourced personnel from all areas of entertainment, construction, design, technical and operational
Assist in the preparation of Monthly Reports
Diary Management: arranging and prioritizing appointments, organizing meetings and ensuring efficient and effective time management of the Director’s working day

To be considered you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Diploma in Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant function
Fluency in written & spoken English; additional languages would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Familiarity with common Management/Business framework
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
This is an integral role in ensuring the success of the department. Accordingly, we require a highly autonomous coordinator who has the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.The successful candidate will also be flexible to work varying hours on and off site.
