The aviation division of the commodity trading company is expanding its office in Dubai and seeking for a hotac booking agent to join its rapidly expanding travel department.
Key responsibilities:
• Timely and accurately attend to all clients requests
• Make arrangements for hotel accommodations, transportation, tours, recreation activities, etc.
• Provide different type of travel information to the clients upon their request
• Provide exemplary concierge services post sale
• Efficiently follow up with company’s administrative department on itinerary production/invoices, etc.
• Other responsibilities within the scope of the role
Skills
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are beneficial
Thorough travel industry knowledge/background
Excellent IT skills
Confident telephone manner is paramount
Attention to detail, high level of customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of geography/ worldwide tourism industry
Sound knowledge of travel booking systems/software
