Jewellery Factory Manager | UAE
An international integrated jewellery and watch retailer with operations world wide is seeking to recruit professional staff for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the factory and ensure quality products are being produced
• Responisble of the production of the different jewellery designs
• Introducing state of the art high tech manufacturing techniques for “Niche segment products”.
• Ensuring the smooth running of all service workshops.
• Responsible for the Factory production goals and time to market objectives
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the purchasing of the required material for the production
• Responsilbe for all shifts production schedules
• Select and train factory supervisory staff and workers
• Responsilbe for the product quality control for the factory
Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Deree in Fashion Design or a relaevant degree
• Minimum 10 years experience in the jewellery Industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a Jewellery Factory
Knowledge and Skills:
• Should be aware of all technical details for the production of Jewellery
• Have high standards of work
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Excellent Leadership Skills
• Good negotiations Skills
• Creative and have excellent designing Skills
