Advertising Account Manager | Mediaedge:cia Manama, Bahrain

The main responsiblity will be Operational management of the day to day clients activities and recommend cost efficient and impactful media proposals to clients.

Other duties:
• Good team player skills internally and externally (client, media suppliers and team members)
• Support the Account Director to manage the clients and the third party (creative or specialized agencies) relationships
• Deliver media plans with sound strategic recommendations within the given budget based on the clients brief, under the Account Director’s supervision
• Co-ordinate with the buying team and the specialized department (outdoor, Interaction, …) ensure best media buys so that clients and hence agency benefits
• Keep clients informed on any new cost efficient media/ opportunities available to ensure long-term client relationships and generate more income for the agency.
• In charge of the external and internal reporting.
• Supervise and ensure monitoring of competitive media activities.
• Use all the market and agency’s tools
• Take care of the Account Executives training

Knowledge of brand and consumers

Qualifications Required: Knowledge of Marketing and Advertising

Experience : 4-6 years media experience in planning in a multinational media agency
Market Research knowledge

Desirable: MBA (Marketing),
Exposure to different markets to understand different media habits.
