Jordan’s leading and most awarded creative advertising company is seeking to hire a motivated, efficient and professional individual as team member of the Client servicing department:

To ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations and ensure deadlines are met to achieve on-going client satisfaction
To control and ensure that all output from the agency is of consistent quality to minimize mistakes that negatively impact agency profitability
To assist the Account Director and contribute in the strategy development process to ensure sound advertising solutions are achieved
To analyze and present competitive reports and budget reviews to senior agency personnel and client on a monthly basis to contribute to the strategic development process
To maintain an effective relationship with client and agency personnel in a manner that straddles both operational and strategic contribution to ensure smooth running of the account
